Worst experience ever. The inspector told me we had termites. I live out of state so I asked them to please take care of them. I cut them a $1,000 check. The next day the technician called and told me he found no active termites. Oops! Should have checked with the weasel that lied to me and told me we had termites before telling me I didn't. I asked for a manager to call me back in April. I have been calling ever since and ended up cancelling my credit card because they automatically started charging me for quarterly services they were performing. I now get calls daily asking for payments. It has been a nightmare. After 6 months of this I finally contacted the BBB today. PLEASE DON'T USE THESE GUYS!!! They are the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. Stealing money from hard working families that want to protect their investment. Really sad that we live in a world where a persons word means nothing anymore.
