Worst experience ever. The inspector told me we had termites. I live out of state so I asked them to please take care of them. I cut them a $1,000 check. The next day the technician called and told me he found no active termites. Oops! Should have checked with the weasel that lied to me and told me we had termites before telling me I didn't. I asked for a manager to call me back in April. I have been calling ever since and ended up cancelling my credit card because they automatically started charging me for quarterly services they were performing. I now get calls daily asking for payments. It has been a nightmare. After 6 months of this I finally contacted the BBB today. PLEASE DON'T USE THESE GUYS!!! They are the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. Stealing money from hard working families that want to protect their investment. Really sad that we live in a world where a persons word means nothing anymore. more

Last summer I hired Terminix to get rid of some carpenter ants. After three visits over the course of about five weeks, there was absolutely no progress. The several traps that were laid out caught NO ants, although I was told they should, and the ants still swarmed the problem areas in my house (mostly around plumbing). more

They cashed a VOIDED check! 6/7/2011

On June 3rd, a sales agent from Terminix knocked on my door. I listened to the pitch and decided to give the service a try as long as I could be billed in a month in the week of July 3rd. I was assured that this was the case and was asked for a credit card. I was also told that I could provide a VOIDED check. I did so and we scheduled an appointment for treatment. more

Depends 9/12/2005

Really depend which service personel you end up with. I've had 2 really great servicemen and then 1 who was very nice, but didn't really do very much. Turnover of their service personel seem to be very high. more
