Review content:
We had two basement drains backup putting the washer and dryer out of commission until the drains could be cleared. I called Roto Rooter and they were very sensitive to the problem and acted with a real sense of urgency just as I would have hoped. They could have gotten someone out to the house that afternoon but due to my prior commitments I requested a scheduled appointment the very next day.\r
The technician arrived the next day on time, was courteous and wore shoe booties to protect our floors. He got the equipment in the house without disrupting anything and finished the job quickly. He explained to me what he had found and done and felt comfortable all would be fine. He reviewed the companies 6 month warranty and set me at ease.
