Your team did a superb job and we couldn’t be happier. Look forward to working with you and Papalia again and thank you! It certainly was a pleasure working with Michael Ray, Papalia and their excavation subcontractor on our home’s main water line replacement project. We collected 5 proposals for this project and 2 of those were competitively priced. Both were given the opportunity to make one last stab at providing the best price and Papalia did not disappoint. I personally go on gut instinct when selecting a contractor, and Michael immediately stood out as someone I knew I could trust and was an excellent representation of the type of work Papalia would perform. I was not mistaken. The team arrived on time and performed what can only be described as flawlessly. As the excavation was subcontracted, Michael remained on site to oversee the entire day’s project, kept us abreast as it progressed and ensured that our property was treated with respect. We can now enjoy superb water pressure and volume throughout our three story home and it is a delight to be able to use multiple fixtures at one time. As a result of our experience, we look forward to using Papalia for all of our future plumbing and heating needs and will recommend them to our friends and family.
