Review content:
I just got a hot water heater inspected after one year into service. This was part of a prepaid home service plan that was offered to me at the time of the installation. The technician, Scot W. arrived promptly, was very nice, courteous and professional. He performed the flushing of the water heater and did an all around inspection of the home plumbing, showing me where I may develop problems in the future. He offered me some quotes, but did not try to pressure me into purchasing anything. He patiently answered all my questions, and gave me some drain maintenance liquid for the drains, along with thorough instructions on how to properly use it.
Scott was great, I would like to commend him for a job well done!
