Review content:
Dr. Waters office does not stand behind their work. A crown they put on fell off and they charged me twice for the work. I refused to pay the $785 and they have continued to hound me through collection agencies and now are threatening legal action. I maintain that the problem was created because they used a temporary cement, which failed in a week and I lost the tooth. My dental insurance denied payment also because this bill was already paid.\r

They have not been the same place since Dr. Nevin Waters retired. They have been very unprofessional in their correspondence and handling of this. I see it as a warranty problem but they will not leave it alone. Of course, we will not be back and would not recommend them.
Cons: Lindsay Waters is riding on her retired father's reputation.
