Waters Davidson Dentistry

I have been going to the Waters Davidson Family Dentistry since I was young. Through all my years as a child, teenager and now adult, I have always been impressed with how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful the staff has been. I had my 6 month appointment today and all of this was confirmed, yet again. Thank you to the staff- you do wonderful work! This dentistry is great and I would highly recommend them! more

Waters Davidson Dentistry is a wonderful dentist for the whole family. From my 4 year old to my husband who has never enjoyed going to the dentist they are gentle and educational for all of our dental needs. They are prompt in getting my needs taken care of. Dr. Waters office does not stand behind their work. A crown they put on fell off and they charged me twice for the work. I refused to pay the $785 and they have continued to hound me through collection agencies and now are threatening legal action. I maintain that the problem was created because they used a temporary cement, which failed in a week and I lost the tooth. My dental insurance denied payment also because this bill was already paid.\r \r They have not been the same place since Dr. Nevin Waters retired. They have been very unprofessional in their correspondence and handling of this. I see it as a warranty problem but they will not leave it alone. Of course, we will not be back and would not recommend them. Cons: Lindsay Waters is riding on her retired father's reputation. more
