Yeah, like Brad said, most the comments are fraudulent besides the negative ones. I mean ""bettyasr"" c'mon! You're gonna have to try harder then that Betty! \r
Anyways though, this place is a crap hole, high rent, very high rent for a really crappy neighborhood, the roads are in ruin because they refuse to fix them, they've got a crappy security guard that just socializes all day long, never does anything but ride around in the club car, a really crappy gate that like Brad said, barely works.\r
The owners are so lazy! They can afford to paint the clubhouse, get a new sign, maintain a pool, make a basketball court and playground, but they can't fix the roads, fix the lamps or control the neighborhood brats who frequently vandalize things and they won't finish fixing the damned roads either.\r

I'm so glad I don't live here any more. If you're reading this Betty, management, or any owners. Screw you guys, I never liked you, you never did anything to benefit the community, just make your homes or work places look better.
