Yeah, like Brad said, most the comments are fraudulent besides the negative ones. I mean ""bettyasr"" c'mon! You're gonna have to try harder then that Betty! \r Anyways though, this place is a crap hole, high rent, very high rent for a really crappy neighborhood, the roads are in ruin because they refuse to fix them, they've got a crappy security guard that just socializes all day long, never does anything but ride around in the club car, a really crappy gate that like Brad said, barely works.\r The owners are so lazy! They can afford to paint the clubhouse, get a new sign, maintain a pool, make a basketball court and playground, but they can't fix the roads, fix the lamps or control the neighborhood brats who frequently vandalize things and they won't finish fixing the damned roads either.\r \r I'm so glad I don't live here any more. If you're reading this Betty, management, or any owners. Screw you guys, I never liked you, you never did anything to benefit the community, just make your homes or work places look better. more

This mobile home park is very renter friendly, I think management is very friendly and helpful we have lived here for about 7 months and they have been helpful any time we have questions or problems. more

The comments on this page are fradulent,, with the exception of the negative comment, the other comments are the manager herself and her family !!!,, This place has no respect for its residents, fixes nothing, provides absolutely no security, can never reach anyone in case of emergency, no improvements to speak of in over a year of the manager betty taking over, skirting falling off homes, broken windows, pot holes, half paved streets, high crime, front gate rarely works to get into complex but amazingly enough the party room in the office has been completely remodeled ,, empty lots unkept, garbage rolling in the streets, code compliance is here constantly for violations, I personally lived here seven years and for an eight week period only had electricity in one portion of the house, people living here were on the news for having no gas to cook with for months,, ect ect,, I would stay far away as possible and pass this onto anyone interested in living here,,, you WILL BE SORRY FOR THAT DECISIONl more

The staff at this community are very friendly and helpful to bad that they live in a very bad part of San Antonio or I would have rented from here. They are trying very hard to fix up this park my hat goes of to them. keep up the good work. Thank you Ms Betty. more

I am looking to relocate and found this place online. Read the reveiws and this place was nothing like it was described. Manager was very friendly, the pool was nice and clean. It does need some work in which the manager told me they are working on getting everything looking great!!! When I'm ready I will defently look in this park. more

Under New Management There is alot of nice work going on around this place painting, filling pot holes, swimming pool looks nice, and landscaping trimming trees. I would like to live here. more

large pot holes, grass not cut,dirty and a green pool! this is not a great place to move into, apartment next door has had killings! men and women standing outside of gate makes it seem like the projects.. manager is a lier and has to write a review about this place to make her look good..lol wow she says things will get fixed but these main. men dont know how to fix anything.....stay far far away from this place..trust me ask any resident here..i will take pics of this place and post..asap!! more
