I agree with the poor service. We visited Frank's a number of years ago, and it seems if you are not part of the ""usual"" crowd - you are more or less dismissed. I wanted to purchase a pasta dish (can't remember which one) and asked to have meatballs on the side. The ""old"" lady told me I couldn't have them with that dish. I told her I would pay extra for them - nope - wouldn't allow it. Felt like I was on Seinfeld with the Soup Natzie. Then we waited forever for our meal - easily an hour. Waitress never came to refill drinks. We ordered a pizza to go early in the meal order process - and we literally waited another hour AFTER we had finally gotten our meal to get the to go pizza. I am trying this place once more tonight - we will see how it goes.
