Dr. Cellu Dhawan at Bay Cities is without a doubt the best vet I've ever been to. I have two dogs, one who has been seeing him since he was a puppy and another whose first visit was for emergency surgery. \r

Dr. Dhawan is not only a great vet, but he really takes the time to explain everything and gives you the information to make the right decision for your pet. He clearly loves animals and has a great bedside manner. \r

On top of it all, the pricing for services is extremely reasonable - which is kind of amazing, given the excellent care they provide. I really can't recommend this vet enough.
