I wrote a review on yelp too, and you can find it under Mike L. Shaker Vet has rude staff who will ignore you or treat you badly. It seems like the vets do not care about this because it has been a problem at the clinic as long as I have been going there (taking a family member's dog). Shaker Vet frequently loses your pet's chart or file which means that the vets can be treating your dog without an accurate medical history. \r
Lots of customers have noticed that Shaker Vet overbills. Enough people have had the same experience with it. The vets make commissions so customers find out when it is time to check out that they have had services performed that they did not request or that they were never told a price for.\r
I think that Shaker Vet is so big that nobody cares that they lose a lot of customers because of these problems. (Speaking of being big, the waiting room is horrible for older or anxious dogs. Chaos.)
