I always thought my 4-year-old grandson was flatfooted but never thought it will present a problem especially because I was flatfooted. Flatfoot is a deformity found in children and adults in which there exists either a partial or total collapse of the arch located on the inner portion of the foot. I was asymptomatic; however, my grandson had symptomatic pediatric flatfoot. \r Dr. Radovic examined his foot, calf, knee, and hip and periodically evaluated his walking patterns. Dr. Radovic recommended a custom orthotic device and casted one for him which he has to wear inside his shoe to support the structure of his foot during walking. I enjoyed the courteous demeanor of Dr. Radovic and he continuously made my grandson laugh which is an added plus when finding a great doctor.\r
