Review content:
I first approached Rick Pert with Colonial Tax Consultants over the issue that the IRS was garnishing a percentage of my monthly Social Security check due to outstanding tax liens. Rick was very cordial and professional in explaining procedures and possibilities to solve this problem. After paying a reasonable fee I was assigned Michelle Herrington to represent me. Michelle proceeded to work with me and the IRS to discontinue the deductions, which she was successful in doing. Michelle then continued on to pursue having two tax liens released according to the statue of limitations written into law by the IRS. Michelle was successful at having this accomplished also. Over a period of ten months Michelle was very attentive with answering all of my e-mails and telephone calls. I was up-dated as warranted. Colonial & Michelle were very professional and diligent with all they accomplished. I would therefore recommend this firm to all. Yours truly, Peter
