What a great experience they made my daughter's wedding! The team of staff is like a well-oiled machine with customer service as their prime goal. We purchased a beautiful bridal gown and proceeded to customize it with the help of their seamstresses...nothing was too difficult for them to do on our behalf. It seemed that an employee was overseeing the fittings in a meticulous manner...and then it turned out that she was the owner, who worked with us along side her staff, without ever making a big thing of her being the owner...the big thing to her was making sure we had a positive experience, which we TOTALLY did. The men got our tuxedoes from them and every piece fit perfectly and looked great. Our wedding was certainly a great time...and a lot of that had to do with the way Bella Rosa treated us from the initial appointment to the day before the wedding! Couldn't ask for a better place to prepare for your wedding!
