I would recommend Constance Toomey, attorney with the law offices of Joel H. Schwartz, without hesitation, to anyone in need of legal services. I was a passenger in an auto that was involved in an accident. I had no desire to become involved in a lawsuit and naively assumed that all of my medical bills would be covered by either the owner's insurance or by my own. About a year later, I became inundated by bills that were being refused by both. Each company was claiming that the other was responsible financially. In frustration, I contacted the law offices of Joel H. Swartz. They immediately took control of the situation. My concerns were always handled with respect; and no question was deemed unimportant. Responses to my communications were prompt. I could always reach her by phone or received a call back within 24 hours. The case was settled quickly and fairly.
