I was looking for a new attorney to represent me for my SSDI claim. The law firm I was using was not providing me with any information and did not do any of the required appeal work that they told me they had done. Joel H.Schwartz's office was listed online as a reputable firm that specialized in these types of cases. I sent an email to them requesting them to contact me and they did so within 15 minutes. I was very impressed. I required lumbar surgery in April and Joel Schwartz's office called me weekly to see how I was doing. They walked me through my final appeal with understanding and compassion and I was greatly relieved to have Attorney Timothy Pope beside me when my case was heard before a judge. Subsequently, I did win my case. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone who needs assistance with a Social Security disability claim. more

I would recommend Constance Toomey, attorney with the law offices of Joel H. Schwartz, without hesitation, to anyone in need of legal services. I was a passenger in an auto that was involved in an accident. I had no desire to become involved in a lawsuit and naively assumed that all of my medical bills would be covered by either the owner's insurance or by my own. About a year later, I became inundated by bills that were being refused by both. Each company was claiming that the other was responsible financially. In frustration, I contacted the law offices of Joel H. Swartz. They immediately took control of the situation. My concerns were always handled with respect; and no question was deemed unimportant. Responses to my communications were prompt. I could always reach her by phone or received a call back within 24 hours. The case was settled quickly and fairly. Connie is a dedicated attorney 7/26/2012

I have been working with Connie Toomey for more than two years now on two different cases. Because I am physically disabled, she knew going in it would be a challenge to get a settlement, especially where I have had injuries/accidents before over the past two decades. Despite this, she worked diligently to get me a setttlement to compensate me for some of the horrific pain I went through when I fractured my ankle and went broke paying for medical bills I didn't deserve to pay. She worked with the other attorney and Medicare to figure out what was caused by the accident and worked out a fair solution. It took a lot of time and effort on her part, and I wish I could have done more for her, but Connie was happy to see that I wass doing well and justice was done in the end. \r \r I was recently a passenger in the Ride when it was rear-ended. After I called my doctor, I called Connie right away because I knew she'd stand by my side. I highly recommend her and her firm. more

I have been totally satisfied with Joel H Schwartz's Firm. Tom Di Biase anhis assistant Will Nunes have been very helpful with my 2 workers comp cases. Every time I need something Will Nunes will answer within 24 hours of there quest. I am totaly satisfied and I would send anyone with a problem to your firm. Thank You for everything. more

I was completely overwhelmed when I was injured in a motor vehicle accident. I had a three month recovery, and was inundated with paperwork and phone calls to/from the insurance companies. Upon hiring the law firm of Joel Schwartz, the burden of handling my own claim was lifted. I worked specifically with Atty Thomas DiBiase and paralegal Will Nunes. They are great; kind,understanding, and accomodating. They explained everything that they would be doing over the coming months to resolve my claim, and kept in contact throughout the process. I also received a timely response whenever I contacted the office with questions. I never felt that I was "just another client." My claim was resolved quickly, my medical bills were negotiated for me, and Atty DiBiase and Will Nunes were able to maximize my recovery in the settlement. I couldn't be more grateful to them for their assistance and dedication to my case. Highly recommended! more
