I joined Fitness One with the thought/goal in mind to be race ready for The Spartan race. I had six months of five day a week training. I never thought that i would get so much more than a fit healthy body. As my body became healthy and strong, so did my mind. The encouragement from the instructors is real, they all truly care for you, and will push you beyond your limits. Every morning is a challenge, but you will grow stronger, more confident and healthier inside and out. No matter how i am feeling when i arrive at Fitness One, i always leave with a HUGE smile on my face of accomplishment and empowerment. "Its always a good time, at Fitness One."
