I have never been one to go to the gym. I listened to Allen on WBFJ one morning and called. I tried the classes and I am hooked. I haven't been to a class I didn't enjoy or get pushed. The staff is there to help you achieve your goals and show you how to properly do the exercises. They are really there for all of the right reasons and LOVE what they do. I recommend it to everyone!! Thank you Fitness One!!
