There are not enough words to describe how I feel about Fitness One. I have been at Fitness One for a year and have to say that when my friends and family ask me what I'm doing I proudly tell them FITNESS ONE. This gym is like no other. When you walk in they greet you with a smile and call you by name, they are aways willing to listen and offer advise, you will NEVER do the same workout, each day/hour offers a new workout/challenge, I LOVE MY TRAINERS and the people that I workout with at the gym. If you are wanting to join a gym, please come join me for a class and give it a try. I promise you will love the class and will want to join right after the class is over. Don't put off another day to get back into the best healthy of your life. Your worth it and Fitness One is the place to help you meet your fitness goal.
