I think this is the third time I've taken my car to these guys. I try to do a lot of my own work, but I take it to specialty in emergencies or when I can't figure something out or am not comfortable doing it on my own. They always take the time to explain what's wrong and why. Dwight and Kyle seem very knowledgeable about their work and Kate is always friendly in the office. I live in Madison and work in Spring Green, and when my car wouldn't start the other night I was worried I was going to have to take it somewhere in town. I was relieved that it started in the morning so I could get it to Arena.
