I called (last minute) to get in for a quick oil change while I had a nearby appointment. They managed to get me in and by the time I was done, so was my vehicle! Thanks so much! more

My continual visits to Specialty Auto is based on being completely informed as to the identity of the problem, being told what various solutions are available, estimate of the cost for the various solutions, etc. Complete confidence in Specialty Auto is the result of dealing with them. more

Focus repair 1/12/2014

As always, I took my sons vehicle to Specialty Auto to have them "look it over" and let me know what needs to be done. They looked it over, let me know what was needed and were able to do complete the work by the weekend. All good, couldn't be happier with the work and never question their expertise, really nice to work with people who have your best interest in mind first. more

I am excited with the excellent service that specialty auto gave me. And the price was great also very affordable. I was so excited about the service on the first couple hours that I told everyone around town that is the place to go. When I talked to my husband on the phone I told him what they did for me and the price. He said wow sounds like we just found a close to home repair shop that has reasonable prices. We will be bringing both ford fusions to you from now on. more

I think this is the third time I've taken my car to these guys. I try to do a lot of my own work, but I take it to specialty in emergencies or when I can't figure something out or am not comfortable doing it on my own. They always take the time to explain what's wrong and why. Dwight and Kyle seem very knowledgeable about their work and Kate is always friendly in the office. I live in Madison and work in Spring Green, and when my car wouldn't start the other night I was worried I was going to have to take it somewhere in town. I was relieved that it started in the morning so I could get it to Arena. more

Mechanic quoted me a price, which was a fair price. Then his cost on the parts ended up being less, so he charged me less. I would have never known had he charged me the higher price. more

Trust worthy 8/9/2013

There is something to be said about your home town mechanic. They are honest and if they find something wrong other than what you brought it in for they will always call and let you know but will not do anything about it without asking first. Just recently my truck came in on a flatbed with a bad fuel pump , they were extremely busy at the time and worked it in. Always offer you a ride home more
