I bought my car from Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Columbia and go back there for service because of the warranty they provided. When I went in to have an oil change and tire rotation this last time, the woman advising me told me that their computers were down, but that there was a factory recall for my car. She said I would have to bring the car back at a later date when the computers were going again. I didn't hear anything from them for a few days, so I called them back. One girl told me there was no recall after all, and that I'd been misinformed. When I Googled it myself, though, it did show a recall for my car's airbag system. I'm pretty confused about the situation.
