Worse day in my entire life.\r
Gessler clinic women's division has the worse staffs and services in the entire nation. they treat me like crap and they did a great job showing me they don't care about my health at all. they receptionists or nurse ( whatever they are ) talked about me like I wasn't even there. Two days after I called to make an appointment for a check up, I received a package of prenatal forms to fill out. I called back and explain to them ( I believe she said her name was Veronica ) I don't think I pregnant and that I don't feel confortable filling out those forms until I know for sure I'm pregnant. I also told her that it is normal for me not to have a period for a month or two and on top of it I'm having problem getting pregnant. It would be devasteting for me to fill out all those forms only to find out I'm not pregnant. She was very rude and extremely unprofessional. She told me there was nothing she can do and I need to bring with me all the forms and whatever balance I owe to the clinic. Otherwise, I will not be able to see my OBGYN. I tried to explain to her I'm on a payment plan and I don't understand why I need to pay in full before I can see my OBGYN for a check up. That's when she hung up the phone on me. the day of my appointment was so bad I don't even want to mention in here. I just don't wanna relive it. I went to the mean office to file a complaint they told me that the women's division kind of do the own things. they would take my complaint and have somebody call me. well, I still waiting for that phone call.
