Appreciated the excellent service that Nate provided and he kept me well informed of the process in replacing the circuit board for my furnace. He had to come back with a Trane circuit board and could not use the universal circuit board and asked when I would be home from work so he could install it. He totally went out of his way to install it without me having to leave work early to get this done. I asked him about my water heater which is 21 years old and he provided the information needed for a special that you are currently running and he is in the process of setting it up for me. I really like the idea of not having to use coupons but paying a small fee each month which is less than the coupon price to have my furnace and air conditioner inspected each year. You have special pricing for seniors and discount pricing for parts which I have included with my plan with ARS. This is so nice and the switch to your company has been a very nice experience. Thank you.
