I'll admit up front that their cost for their Polypill is less expensive on a monthly basis than my Express scripts presciptions, but it comes at a cost. Their customer service is in dire need of improvement. On a Monday I had a conversation with Sy(sp). It regarded an over billing which was blamed on a new employee. I was promptly refunded. I asked him if he could please put through a refill on my script. He indicated to me that I was out of refills but his office would contact my doctor to arrange a refill. Needless to say I am writing because I had to follow up days later to find out that he/they had dropped the ball. NO CALL was made to my doctor, at least that's what they told me, and I was about out of meds. So after numerous phone calls back and forth I finally got my prescription a week + later and I had to pick it up because I was out of my meds. If you call in a refill I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND A FOLLOW UP PHONE FROM YOU, BECAUSE THEY APPARENTLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO CALL P
