The last two times I have spoken to a customer service rep about refilling my order, they were just plain rude. No 'hello', no 'thanks for your business', no professional courtesy at all. I will not be contacting them again.. more

Disappointed 10/14/2013

I'll admit up front that their cost for their Polypill is less expensive on a monthly basis than my Express scripts presciptions, but it comes at a cost. Their customer service is in dire need of improvement. On a Monday I had a conversation with Sy(sp). It regarded an over billing which was blamed on a new employee. I was promptly refunded. I asked him if he could please put through a refill on my script. He indicated to me that I was out of refills but his office would contact my doctor to arrange a refill. Needless to say I am writing because I had to follow up days later to find out that he/they had dropped the ball. NO CALL was made to my doctor, at least that's what they told me, and I was about out of meds. So after numerous phone calls back and forth I finally got my prescription a week + later and I had to pick it up because I was out of my meds. If you call in a refill I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND A FOLLOW UP PHONE FROM YOU, BECAUSE THEY APPARENTLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO CALL P more

Post Haste Not 4/11/2012

I was not at all impressed with the operation at Post Haste Pharmacy, they are not respectful of your time, Fishman is constantly late to appts ( more than an hour) ,he does not return calls promptly, he nor does his staff, tries to process things along smoothly. Pros: null Cons: null more

Pharmacy Technician/Patron 3/4/2011

As someone who has worked in various pharmacies over the past ten years as a technician, accountant and manager, I can honestly say this is the best pharmacy I've ever had the pleasure to use for my chronic medical needs. The staff is well educated, friendly and helpful. Lifesavers!!! 5/19/2010

They are lifesavers!! This place is the best! No pharmacy in the south florida could help us with my sons prescriptions.\r They made an allergy free medicine that nobody else wanted to make or could make. My son is very sensitive to preservatives and fillers and they made it allergy free. My sons fever was controlled by the medicine they made and we had peace of mind from then on. god bless!\r \r Josh Carter\r \r They do almost everything. Feels like my hometown pharmacy 12/18/2009

I am a new mom....and like most moms I am always trying to figure out what's best for my son. He ended up having a rash on his body. I shared my concern with another mom at the YMCA and she advised me to go to Post Haste Pharmacy and talk to Deb. WOW! First of all the atmosphere at this place feels like my pharmacy up north, it feels like a hometown kinda place. When I met Deb she was so passionate about helping my baby. She recomended a product and then asked me to call her and lt me know how the baby is doing. I left the store shocked from her response to follow up and call her. My baby's rash healed so I drove back to tell her the good news. She was so HAPPY! Kudos to the owners and staff at Post Haste Pharamacy...you all ROCK! more

Horrifying Experience 6/27/2008

Today I went to Post Haste Pharmacy, "your trusted neighborhood pharmacy for over 35 years" to get ant-acids to help relieve the nightmare of heartburn symptoms that I have been experiencing from pregnancy. Last night I learned that Maalox was not safe to take while pregnant as it contains aluminum and bismuth subsalicylate, which have adverse affects on an animal fetus. I looked at a few bottles and it was not clear to me which active ingredients were pregnancy safe so I asked the gentleman at the counter (Steve). He was very nice and helped me look though the various brands and when he saw that one of the "all natural" ant-acids said it was not pregnancy safe on the package he went to ask the Pharmacist for more expert advise. Steve asked the Pharmacist ( Robert (Bob) Fishman ) and Bob laughed at him. Bob said, "any ant-acid that is safe to take when you're not pregnant is safe to take when you are pregnant." Worst Customer Service 1/28/2006

I cannot belive they have not sent me my medicine 3 days ago going on my 4 day they said ups did not deliver that was not their fault to call ups myself no excuse us or nothing real rude and very to the point i paid an overnight delivery and no one even called to find out if i still have recieved any medicine been that i am a first time customer and the situation was not handle with any care or apoligetic manner wish they change and maybe they will have more bussiness .... more
