There are several places in L.A. to board your pet, and I DON'T recommend this one. I was referred by a friend, so I thought I'd give it a try since it is extremely affordable for boarding. However, upon first entering the facility, the people at the front desk looked at me like I was an idiot for even walking into the place, when I did in fact reserve a spot for my puppy to stay there over the weekend. Not sure what that was all about. Weird. Monday evening my friend picked him up prior to closing since I wouldn't make it by closing time (where my friend mentioned they also made her feel weird for entering the facility- wtf?!) About an hour later I went to my friend's to pick up my puppy and noticed blood all over his paw. I then realized they clipped his back toenails SO SHORT they cut him, and that's why he was bleeding all over the place. I never asked them to cut his nails, which are CLEAR, not black, so they shouldn't have cut his skin in the first place. His leash also came back
