In my life, I've seen my share of dentists. I can't say enough about this dental practice. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner! First of all, when you walk in, there is coffee and water waiting for you. Providing a balance of a professional office atmosphere along with a comfortable, home-like setting, I always feel welcomed. Dr. Becker and his staff are so professional and friendly. They really do care about a patient's comfort and respond accordingly to your needs. And I can't say enough about efficiency and precision! The use of technology to take x-rays, as well as the latest equipment to take impressions really help to speed up the process and ensure accuracy. Dr. Becker is also extremely proactive, checking for any problems within the tooth, such as hairline fractures which might lead to later breakage. With my last dentist, I had a tooth break and I think it is because they didn't take dental precautions and check carefully. The front office staff will go the extra mile with the insurance company, or see to it that there is a plan in place to make payments when insurance is not accepted. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a caring and competent dentist.
