1. boarded 2 pets 10 days. Pets were extremely stressed out afterwards. 2. skittish needed bath (they gave her sedative) did good job bathing BUT before we brought dog over gave them phone number of regular vet had 3yr certificate rabies and that other vet had records. WIthout them calling me or anything they went ahead and gave my pet a full series of shots and tried to charge us for them. 3rd Exp: let our pet for 2 days (Saturday noon thru Monday 8 Am when they opened) They charged for 3 days!
