Review content:
We have one bathroom in our house and the toilet was not flushing properly. We called J&D and they sent out a plumber who at first said there was nothing wrong, but then after our insistance replaced a cartridge in the tank. 10 minutes after he left, the toilet wouldn't flush again and had sprung a leak at the tank. They said they would be back mid afternoon to replace the toilet, but by 2:30 we hadn't heard from them. We called and then they said they couldn't get a toilet until the next day which was unacceptable. The supervisor came out and was very rude.
