This company took my building from a previous managment that was horrible non responsive and has totally turned us around. They have been managing my building for about 1 1/2 years. Awaye just renovated the lobby, laundry room, entrance doors, landscaping and more without raising my maintenane. It is great! Arlene Waye and her staff have been great to deal with, I especially like Luis Rivera. I can not sing enough praises for Awaye Realty, my building looks fantastic and I love coming home.
