These guys are awesome! I'm from NC and was traveling through Louisiana headed to West TX. My Ford F250 Diesel broke down on I-20 in Bossier City. Not knowing anything about there area, I had my truck towed to the closest Ford dealership. They told me it would be 2-3 before they could even look at it. Thankfully, they suggested I try Benton Road Automotive. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was at the right place. The owner, James, was very accommodating and very attentive to my situation. He told me he had the best turbo technician in NE Louisiana (Troy) and that he would have Troy look at it as soon as he got to work (7:30 am). Troy immediately jumped on it and by lunch time I was back on the road. I wish there was more I could do to re-pay these folks. James called me the next day to follow up and to make sure I didn't have any more trouble. My only complaint is the shop is 18 hrs from my hometown and it will be too time consuming to go there for my next service work : )\r Keep up the terrific work!!!
