Benton Road Auto Repair

Truck recently broke down. While they were nice and helpful getting the vehicle towed to their location (Who wouldn't, more business,) I should've known something was wrong with the signs in their office that list "Estimates/Quotes may be lower than actual cost," "Not responsible for damage/theft to vehicles." I should've left immediately. Unfortunately, being military, I don't have the time to spare repairing the vehicle myself. After describing the problem, which we knew was most likely the fuel pump, we left it in their care. I also just asked them to check my fuses since I thought they may have caused some issues with my passenger door locks. The work was quickly done and we were quoted as the cost being around $630-$640 for the work done. The actually cost came out to closer to $760 with a "20$" military discount. Gee, thanks guys. These guys are awesome! I'm from NC and was traveling through Louisiana headed to West TX. My Ford F250 Diesel broke down on I-20 in Bossier City. Not knowing anything about there area, I had my truck towed to the closest Ford dealership. They told me it would be 2-3 before they could even look at it. Thankfully, they suggested I try Benton Road Automotive. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was at the right place. The owner, James, was very accommodating and very attentive to my situation. He told me he had the best turbo technician in NE Louisiana (Troy) and that he would have Troy look at it as soon as he got to work (7:30 am). Troy immediately jumped on it and by lunch time I was back on the road. I wish there was more I could do to re-pay these folks. James called me the next day to follow up and to make sure I didn't have any more trouble. My only complaint is the shop is 18 hrs from my hometown and it will be too time consuming to go there for my next service work : )\r Keep up the terrific work!!! more

Those guy are Amazing!!!!!! I had to get my radiator fixed to go out of town on short notice. Not only did they find time to get me in and out fast, but there price was $180.00 cheap than any of the other qoutes I got. These guy really no what they are doing. more

Ive brought several cars to this location, and its been getting worse each time. They use to do good work but now its costing me to much. I will be going to the dealer from now on for professional work.\r I tried saving a few dollars at this place but cost me in the long run. i have my car at the dealer ship and will find out status and update the results. more
