B & B Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. had to go into the attic to replace all of the duct work up there. They also put a new part in my air conditioning unit. They absolutely couldn't have been better with their customer service! I had a very unusual problem because I live downstairs in a condo, underneath a young woman. The only way to access the attic is through her upstairs apartment, and she was refusing to let anyone in. So, B & B actually called the police so I wouldn't have to go more months without any air or heat as an older woman.
