I used B & B Heating and Air Conditioning just once for a major replacement. They put in two HVAC units on my commercial building. The pricing was good and the work was done in a timely manner. The units have been working out just fine. more

Quality work! 3/20/2014

I've worked with B & B Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. a lot before, but this was my first time using them myself. They installed gutters for me, and they were professional. They did quality work. They came out and gave the price, and they kept in good communication. The job took a little longer than it was supposed to, but that was because of the supplier. It wasn't their fault. They took care of it, and they even came out on a holiday week. more

A pleasant experience! 3/12/2014

We've been using B & B Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. for probably about eight years. They have a very good history of product knowledge, and I've already recommended them! They are always responsive to our needs during the different times of year. Whether it's winter and we need heat or it's summer and we need air, it seems like they are there ten minutes after I call. It's been a very pleasant experience using them. Give them a try! You'll like what you get! more

I've been working with B & B Heating and Air Conditioning for 25 years. They've worked with us on home remodels, system repairs, emergency repair. He's there when he says he's going to be there. If there's something wrong, he'll fix it, no questions asked. more

I really appreciate Bob from B & B Heating and Air because it took him several tries to figure out exactly what was wrong with my unit ( I didn't even know what was wrong with it). He replaced part after part and waited around until he got the heater going. I appreciated that. more

Performed services that five other companies in the local area would not perform. 12/11/2013

After calling several other companies, I found that no one was willing to work on an old floor furnace. Other heating and cooling companies in this local area did not want to do the service of crawling under the house. B & B Heating and Air Conditioning met the challenge. B & B came out and did an excellent job. The turnaround time was within one day. They were actually able to do some sheet metal fabrication, pick it up on Monday, turn around, and install it on Tuesday. We had heating almost instantly. They did an outstanding job. more

Heater gone out 12/10/2013

I have three children at home and I called everyone. Being that it is 25 degrees outside I was most positive everyone was busy... called numerous people, I have to wait a 3 days to a week to get serviced. I called B & B and Stephanie so caring and concerned slipped me in he next day... The gentleman Miguel came, very professional fixed it right away, He new exactly what was wrong. I give A++ for this company. Well worth every penny! more

I've known Bob from B&B for a long time and I totally trust him. He's always been very honest with me and even though I know I can get someone cheaper, I know he uses quality material and the work will be done properly. If I have any problem with my A/C or heater, he's the first one I think of. more

B & B went beyond to provide heat and air. 9/30/2013

B & B Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. had to go into the attic to replace all of the duct work up there. They also put a new part in my air conditioning unit. They absolutely couldn't have been better with their customer service! I had a very unusual problem because I live downstairs in a condo, underneath a young woman. The only way to access the attic is through her upstairs apartment, and she was refusing to let anyone in. So, B & B actually called the police so I wouldn't have to go more months without any air or heat as an older woman. more

I appreciated B & B's attention to detail. 9/23/2013

We replaced both the heating and air units. B & B Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. did any excellent job. I'm very particular, so I told them I wanted everything straight and square, and they obliged me. I had a little warranty problem, and they were right out here to take care of it. Bob and Bobby were both my kind of guys! more

I've been doing business with B & B Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. since their dad was there, so maybe 47 years of service now. The boys have taken over and still do a wonderful job. Whenever I need them, they do their best to get out here. They just do good work, and they are very honest people. more

They keep me and my clients happy! 8/7/2013

B&B Hearing and Air Conditioning performs anywhere from my own home, to a church they've done for me, and even some commercial buildings. They do stuff most guys probably would not do and they're very dogmatic about their service. We just finished work on a Mitsubishi a/c unit and they came out on the weekend to do it. To me, that's excellent because I'd like to keep my clients happy. Not only are they responsive, the prices are reasonable for what you get. I know that when I recommend them to other people, it's not going to have repercussions on me and I know the prices are going to be right. At the end, not only am I going to be happy, my clients are going to be happy. Dennis Saccone more

Really work for their customers, provide good service 8/2/2013

When the initial guy came out from B & B Heating and Air Conditioning, he thought we need our furnace core replaced because hot water was dripping from the drop panel. It was leaning towards the back because the furnace was also leaning back so they simply readjusted it. Found it needed more work done as it was still leaking and since then, things have been good. They were informative and made time for us even though they were on other jobs at the time. I thought they were fair and made sure they got the work right. more
