My two boys and I do big road trips every year. We decided to do Rocky Mountain NP this last summer and rented a tent trailer from these guys. We showed up at their rental location with our mountain bikes and bike rack per their instructions. When we arrived it turned out that our bikes on our bike rack would not work. At first, it seemed that we were screwed with having our mountain bikes.... But, one of the guys there that pretty much is the Macgyver of their business said he would make it work. They hooked up their hitch and their bike rack and rigged the chains etc. to make it work. I was very pressed and we had a fantastic time and the trailer was perfect. They never charged me extra for anything. I would rent from them or refer anyone to them absolutely!!! The one thing they should
Do to prevent an almost disaster vacation is be very specific about vehicle types and if you are bringing a rear mount bike rack. The young guy on phone was clueless about that when I called the week before we left California. Ask the guy who actually hooks trailers up. He saved our trip when the other guys said looks like it won't work. Thanks for a great trip. Give him a raise ( he knows who he is )
