Tableau is by far one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. Its kinda hidden within the tower suites, but its completely worth the extra effort. The food is a a mix of styles somewhere between french and american. The daily breakfast menu and weekend brunch are fantastic and one of my favorites, but dinner is amazing as well. I've never had lobster cooked more perfectly! Everything is done with extreme care and passion for food, you can tell that every member of the staff truly cares about what they do. The restaurant is quiet and serene, which makes it the prefect getaway from busy everyday life. The staff is very accommodating and do everything in their power to make sure you leave happy. Compared to some of the other ""fine dining"" restaurants in the city, the quality, value and price are terrific. Expect to spend around $100 - 200 for 2 -3 courses for two people without drinks. I've paid MUCH more at other ""notable"" restaurants and be extremely disappointed. Tableau is my go to place when I want a great meal, and I have never been disappointed!
