Recommended. I'm not very picky, and I frankly feel a little uncomfortable when people try to give me service with a smile or whatever. These guys just get straight to business, and I appreciate it. I've used Eastgate twice in the last two years. Both times my car was back to great working order by mid-afternoon. Both times they explained to me what needed done. And neither time did I feel any sort of sticker shock when they called to quote me a price. There's probably friendlier service or a better deal at other places in the triangle, but there is definitely a lot worse. I take my car to Eastgate because I know I don't have to worry about anything but my ride back to pick up a repaired car.
