BEWARE. Is Chris still in business? He is a lousy excuse for a business owner and the quality of his work and product is CRAP! Any positive review on here had to of been written by him. He did not measure correctly the first time he came out, made numerous appointments to come back out and no showed! When he finally did show up he still measured wrong because when the vertiglides came in they still didn't fit right. The installers were ALWAYS late by late I mean HOURS late! They drilled holes where they shouldn't have. They cut my brand new baseboards to make their crap of a product fit and it still doesn't fit right. We have contacted Chris multiple times over the past year to have the blinds fixed and of course....no response! So....we are stuck with awful quality in our beautiful home. Thank God we only used him for our back sliders (which still cost $2000) and didn't use him for our plantation shutters!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM IN ANY WAY!!!!!!!!!
