Review content:
I went this place because I liked most of the previous reviews. However, it was very disappointing!\r
\r
First, I waited over an hour! That was a disorganized morning. I was there for over an hour before get to the doctor. I clearly saw, there was someone came in after me, but was taken care of before me! \r
\r
Second, I was told, at the checkout point, that there was a ""fitting"" charge, which is for the sample contacts that they had me put on. I would not have accepted if I knew a pair monthly disposable soft contacts is over $60! \r
\r
Third, the ladies at the front desk and checkout desk are very arrogant, especially the one takes payments. She stated that I donâ??t have a good insurance, all I had is discount. I specifically said more than three or four times, ""are you sure?""?She insisted. So, I had to pay everything. But, after I left them and checked with my insurance, I found out, I only need to pay 10%! \r
\r
After all, I don't want to criticize this place, but who would say it was OK after experiences all of these?\r
