I needed a computer repair service in NYC for my company's network. The internet was in and out and everything was overall very slow sharing files and accessing emails. I called a few tech companies in including Geek Squad, but they all pointed fingers to Verizon although Verizon checked that everything worked perfectly fine from their end. New York Computer Help's network IT tech came in and fixed the issue in 1 hour! I was literally in shock. It wound up being a faulty port on one of the switches and the tech was able to figure this out right away. I'm amazed at this company's expertise and professionalism, and most importantly, getting the job down right.
