Beyond happy with the service from Ace. They responded to a call made via Whirlpool in less than 24 hours (it wasn't an urgent repair, either!). Cristian was super helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and efficient -- and to be frank, he wasn't a stereotypical ""shady, skeezy repair man."" I was happy to welcome him into my home, and chatted with him during my kitchen chores while he was working.I felt the cost of both the service call and the manual labor were fair and reasonable, and matched the estimate I was given before the work began. We will most definitely be calling on Ace for any future service needs. Thank you, Ace, for a hassle-free repair! Well done!
