Review content:
My remote scattered into a bunch of pieces this morning when I dropped it in the driveway. It was the last one I had, as we have an old system. Above & Beyond Door Systems is a local business that also happens to service this kind of system, so I asked if they could come and take a look at it. They came right away! I called around 10:00, and they got here before 12:00. The man explained to me that the remote I have is no longer in production. He said he would go to the manufacturer directly and see if he could get it replaced. I asked how much for a new type of remote, instead, and he explained that cost. I also asked about an outside keypad and its cost. After all of his explanations, I knew to go with a whole new opener!
