Businiess name:  Tier 1 heating and air

Review content:
Tier 1 Heating and Air installed new air conditioning equipment (not an entire unit) for us, including coils, refrigerant, and compressors. They were competent, responsive, and made good recommendations on what we should get. There are a lot of different brands on the market. Tier 1 recommended Carrier and, because they have been a longtime provider of Carrier, they get a good price from them, which they passed on to us. Not only was it a significant savings but it was a good value: When I consulted Consumer Reports Magazine, Carrier was rated right up there with other brands like Lennox. Tier 1 explained to me why our previous unit was leaking refrigerant and they got rid of it, replacing the line and putting in new refrigerant, which is more efficient. They did not have to install a whole new unit because our furnace was going to last much longer. I had a good experience working with Tier 1 Heating and Air. I would definitely make the same selection again. George Goolsby
