Unbelievable! My parents brought their cat and dog to this clinic to have their teeth cleaned. They were told it would be around $200 per animal and that Willie, the dog, might have to have a tooth pulled. At pick up, my mom was told that her balance was $1200!!! Shocked, my mom started to cry and asked why it was so much money? She was then told that the cat, Demon, had to have 6 teeth pulled and Willie, the dog, had to have 18 teeth pulled!!!! Nobody called my parents to talk to them about any of this, they just took it upon them selves to pull 24 teeth between the two animals!!! They were however so gracious enough to give my parents a $200 discount. Are you kidding me???!!! You don't even want to know the lame excuses the manager gave my parents when she called. We are in the process of filling a complaint with VMB, Veterinary Medical Board. This was completely unethical and they should not be able to get away with this!!! Beware of this place! They don't care about your animal, they just want your money!
