Wow... Talk about a review out of SHEER anger or hate. You obviously have a strong dislike towards either the store owner or someone that works there. For starters, keep your snot-nosed children by your side, they sound like they were obviously raised wrong and don't know how to keep their hands to themselves. I would have said something to you too if I was the owner! Then to call Howard rude is simply out of line. I've known Howard for 20 years, and have NEVER heard him say a rude word, except the time they caught a guy trying to steal 2 model airplanes when I was there. \r

In fact, I was just there 2 days ago to buy a ready to fly airplane. Howard answered the 4 questions I had, and guaranteed the product. I've also purchased train accessories in the past as well without any problems. His store is successful for a reason, he is a helpful person and his prices are very reasonable.
