I too have been in this store many times & have always found the owner to be very pleasant. I also took 2 of my grandchildren (10 & 6) in to the store to"look" around. They found it a fascinating place. I had no problem with the owner because they kept their hands to themselves & only picked up what they were interested in. What they did not want they immediately put back where they found it. Maybe if "rude, rude, rude" had better control over her children she would not have had any problems. I seriously doubt that they need her business - they have been, successfully, in Amherst a very long time.
