My husband and I were out online looking for a rental in Apex, NC, we came upon the Block & Associates web site and pulled up the rentals in that area. Much to our surprise, they had a beautiful ""new"" town home for rent. I called the listing agent on the property, Mr. Joshua Furr, immediately to make sure the town home was still available. We rode over to take a look at it and signed right then and there. Joshua was very attentive, and very helpful in speeding up the application process since we were under a time constraint. Since this was our very first time renting many questions came to mind, we would call Joshua, he was always very pleasant, never made us feel as if we were bothering him. We had the privilege of renting for over a year and even when we were getting ready to vacate the property, Joshua made the process ""pain free"". I highly recommend using Joshua Furr with Block & Associates for all your rental needs, he will take care of you from beginning to end :) \r
