I found out that I needed to buy 4 new tires the day before I left to drive home to my parents alone with my 4 kids. The trip was going to take me down 2 lane highways, not interstates, so I was nervous anyway. That day I went by to get the tires but they were booked solid. I couldn't sit there for 2 hours with 4 kids so I had to leave. The manager told me that he would take care of me first thing in the morning personally. And he did! I showed up right when they opened with the kids as we were on our way out of town. He let us stay in the car buckled in their car seats and watching a movie while he put the new tires on. We were on our way in 20 minutes tops!
